SQL Server Analysis

Hello Sir/Madame;

I have a question about SQL Analysis Server. when I try to login with effectiveuser"domain name\username" it login for every user in the domain expect one user. I tried many thing but I couldn't solve this problem, when I want to login with this user,

I can login with this command effectiveuser"domain\username@domain.local" where I must focus for this problem? Is it Active Directory User Attribute problem or another something?
