Microsoft Support wanted to push the lack of bandwidth/throughput scenario and that shows as possible reasons for
the error in Azure, but this is not the cause and we have plenty of headroom here.
Looking for any insight on other possible causes or directions to investigate this type of error.

Possible causes
1. Replication is progressing slowly or is not progressing as expected.
2. The target storage account is not provisioned with sufficient throughput or IOPs to handle the volume of replication data.
