Can't recover SQL database to different SQL instance

Hello,

I am trying to restore a SQL 2008 R2 database to a different SQL server instance.  When I run the recovery wizard, the only option available to me is to copy to a network folder.  All other options are grayed out.

I did a tape backup on our primary DPM server or our primary SQL 208 R2 server, shipped the tapes to our secondary DPM server location to be restored on our secondary SQL 2008 R2 server.  The databases are recognized as protected SQL instances under the External DPM Tapes.  I can successfully restore to network.

Any idea why the option to restore directly to our secondary SQL server in unavailable?
