Failed Backup

Hello-

I'm backing up a SQL server and a few of it's databases. When I run the backup, I'm getting the errors below:

On the backup of the D:\ partition:

The operation failed sindce DPM was unable to access the file/folder\\?\Volume{25db6738-8eaf-11df-9751-a4bad442e59}/Finance\MgmtInfo\PDF VAE\2010 f Jun\Final\ on EGVDPMServer01. This could be due to the file/folder being corrupt or the file system on the volume being corrupt. ( ID 2036 Details: The file or directory is courrupted and unreadable (0x80070570))
