Will only enumerate dbs on one of two AGs

Hi

We are running DPM2012 R2, we are trying to backup two AGs on SQL2012 on the same server but only one AG will enumerate the dbs below it.

On the instance that will not enumerate the dbs can be seen by expanding the server.

We have checked that NTAuthority\System is sysadmin in all AGs.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
